Resolved - The reported issue has been resolved in which customers may have experienced an intermittent failure while processing Payment Gateway transactions via VPC for Mastercard payments through Apple Pay services. UTC, 05 November 2025 between12:29 - 18:02 UTC.

Cybersource team confirmed that service has been restored and working as expected.

Monitoring - The issue has been mitigated, and customers are now able to successfully process Payment Gateway transactions via VPC for Mastercard payments through Apple Pay services.

We are continuing to monitor the issue and we will advise once we receive confirmation from Cybersource team about restoration of services.

Identified - Cybersource is aware of an issue that is currently affecting Visa Platform Connect (VPC).

Users may experience issues with Payment Gateway Processing via VPC connected for Mastercard payments through Apple Pay.
