The noon payments team will conduct a Disaster Recovery (DR) drill on the KSA Test Environment on 20 October 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM UTC.
This drill is a mandatory compliance requirement designed to validate the resilience, recoverability, and continuity of our test systems in the event of an unforeseen disruption.
During the planned failover activity, merchants may experience brief connection interruptions or request timeouts. We will make every effort to minimize any impact on services.
