There was an issue where customers experienced intermittent issue with the API services while submitting transactions to the Cybersource Payment Gateway from 19:51 Hrs, UTC 10 Apr 2026 to 01:51 Hrs, UTC 11 Apr 2026.
Cybersource team has confirmed that the issue has now been resolved and the service is operating normally.
