The reported issue has been resolved in which customers may have experienced intermittent 3DS authentication failure in transactions between 18:00 - 18:55 UTC, 27 June 2023.
Service has been restored and working as expected.

We are observing intermittent 3DS authentication failure in transactions from Emirates NBD bank starting at 18:00 UTC, 27 June 2023.
We are currently investigating the issue.
