The reported issue has been resolved in which customers may have experienced the intermittent 3DS transaction failure from Egypt issuer bank specific to the Americana merchant between 13:34 Hrs. - 17:00 Hrs. UTC, 07 May 2026.
The service has been restored and is working as expected.

We are observing intermittent 3DS authentication failure in transactions from Egypt issuer banks in specific to the Americana merchant.
