There was an issue that has been resolved in which customers may have experienced an intermittent 3DS failures while submitting transactions to the Mastercard payment gateway service for AMEX scheme between 05:15 - 06:45 UTC, 12 November 2024.

Mastercard team has confirmed that the service has been restored and working as expected.
