A service degradation has been identified and resolved for Mastercard Gateway in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia region.

Impacted customers may have seen an increase in transaction timeouts and/or failed transactions between 06:32 - 06:47 Hrs. UTC, 06 Oct 2026.

Mastercard team has confirmed that services have been restored and are working as expected.
