There was an issue where customers experienced intermittent problems with the REST API Payment services while submitting transactions to the Cybersource Payment Gateway from 21:18 Hrs UTC on 15 March 2026 to 17:47 Hrs UTC on 17 March 2026.
The Cybersource team has confirmed that the issue has now been resolved and the service is operating normally.
