A service disruption has been identified by the Mastercard Payment Gateway Services between 18:24 - 18:34 UTC, 13 May 2025.

During the issue customers may have experienced the increase in transaction timeouts and/or failed transactions.

The Mastercard team has confirmed that the services have been restored and are working as expected.
