The reported issue has been resolved in which customers may have experienced an intermittent 3DS authentication failure while submitting transactions to Mastercard payment gateway service between 11:10 - 12:02 Hrs. UTC, 06 April 2026.
Mastercard team confirmed that service has been restored and working as expected.

A service disruption has been identified for Mastercard Payment Gateway Services for Asia Pacific, Europe, North America, and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) regions.
Customers may experience some EMV 3DS Authentication transaction failures.
