Arcot will be performing planned maintenance activity between 01:00 - 09:00 UTC, 22 September 2024.
During this time, teams will be performing routine maintenance tasks for system performance and their platform's security.
The Arcot team expected that the customer/merchant may experience an intermittent service disruption during this period, and their teams shall be closely monitoring service performance.
This scheduled maintenance affected: Production Environment - Global Endpoints (Authentication) and Production Environment - KSA Endpoints (Authentication).
