There was a service disruption for Mastercard payment gateway service between 16:04 - 16:21 UTC, 14 April 2025.
During the issue customers may have experienced intermittent failure while submitting the transactions to Mastercard payment gateway service.
The Mastercard team has confirmed that the services have been restored and are working as expected.
