The noon payments team will conduct a Disaster Recovery (DR) drill on the Global Production Environment on 14 September 2026, from 00:30 AM to 02:30 AM UTC.
This drill is a mandatory compliance requirement designed to validate the resilience, recoverability, and continuity of our production systems in the event of an unforeseen disruption. During the planned failover activity, merchants may experience brief connection interruptions or request timeouts. We will make every effort to minimize any impact on services.
